Feedback widget: If you use the feedback form, we collect your message, the type of feedback, and optionally your email or phone if you choose to provide it. Submissions are stored in Cloudflare KV storage.
Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data including page views, session duration, and general geographic region. Your IP address is anonymised. GA4 uses cookies; you can opt out via your browser settings or a GA opt-out extension.
Payment: Payments are processed by Razorpay. Verilogical does not store card numbers or banking details. Razorpay may collect device fingerprint data for fraud prevention when its checkout script loads.
PraivasiPDF: PDF files you open in PraivasiPDF are processed entirely in your browser. No file content is transmitted to our servers.
Praivasi Rooms: Praivasi Rooms uses end-to-end encryption for room content. We cannot read your messages or files. To protect the service from abuse, we keep limited security metadata such as timestamps, file sizes, IP-derived rate-limit signals, and abuse reports for a short period.
SnapID: Photos you take or upload for passport photo creation are processed in your browser. Images are not stored on our servers after your session ends.
Cloudflare: Our site is served through Cloudflare, which processes request metadata (IP address, headers) for security and performance. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
We use data to respond to feedback, improve our products, process payments, and understand how our site is used. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Our site loads resources from: Google Analytics, Google Fonts, Razorpay, and Cloudflare. Each has its own privacy policy. Loading Google Fonts transfers your IP address to Google.
We use Google Analytics cookies for site analytics. Razorpay may set cookies for payment fraud prevention. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA) and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Email support@verilogical.com with your request.
Feedback submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Praivasi Rooms encrypted content expires with the room or when deleted manually. Praivasi Rooms security metadata and abuse reports are retained for a short period for abuse prevention and service security. Payment records are retained as required by Indian tax law.
