1. Scope

This Legal Disclaimer applies to Verilogical™, verilogical.com, Verilogical products, product pages, browser tools, web apps, mobile apps, beta features, downloads, demos, payments, feedback tools, support messages, emails, documentation, custom software services, AI services, cloud systems, automation tools, Verilog/FPGA/ASIC-related services, and any related materials provided by Verilogical.

2. Who provides Verilogical

Verilogical™ is a software development and design company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. References to "we", "us", "our", "Verilogical", or any Verilogical product include the brand, owners, employees, contractors, contributors, administrators, affiliates, and representatives involved in creating, operating, supporting, or promoting Verilogical products and services.

3. Use at your own risk

Verilogical websites, tools, products, demos, apps, beta builds, downloads, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to build useful software, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, full compatibility, data preservation, exact results, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for every business, device, browser, workflow, jurisdiction, or compliance need.

You are responsible for deciding whether a Verilogical product, tool, output, recommendation, code sample, automation, or service is appropriate for your use case.

4. Product-specific risks

PraivasiPDF™: PDF scanning, redaction, reduction, and privacy workflows may miss sensitive information, metadata, hidden content, embedded files, visual text, signatures, or unusual document structures. You must review outputs before sharing them.

SnapID™: Passport, visa, ID, or document-photo outputs may not satisfy every government, embassy, platform, or institutional rule. You must verify requirements before submitting photos.

Sparky™ ADHD Coach Bot and wellness/focus tools: Coaching, focus, habit, relaxation, or wellness features are general support tools only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, emergency help, or a replacement for qualified healthcare support.

ClockBell™ and automation tools: Bell, reminder, scheduling, and automation features may fail because of browser, device, network, power, notification, time-zone, hosting, or user configuration issues. Do not rely on them for safety-critical or legally critical alerts.

AnonymousFeedbackApp™ and feedback systems: Feedback tools support collection and review of messages, but we do not guarantee anonymity under every configuration, legal setting, device setup, or third-party service. Do not submit unlawful, confidential, abusive, or third-party content without permission.

Rest & Breathe and relaxation tools: Audio, breathing, and relaxation experiences are optional wellness aids and are not medical, psychological, or emergency services.

AI products and custom software: AI-generated or automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, or unsuitable. Human review is required before relying on outputs for business, legal, financial, health, safety, compliance, or production decisions.

5. Custom software and consulting

Project estimates, timelines, prototypes, proposals, demos, specifications, deliverables, and roadmaps are subject to discovery, technical feasibility, third-party dependencies, approvals, scope changes, payment status, and written agreements. No website statement creates a guarantee of outcome, revenue, business performance, compliance, funding, hiring, launch success, or uninterrupted operations.

6. No professional advice

Website copy, product messages, support replies, demos, AI outputs, feedback responses, community notes, documentation, and examples are for general product and technical information only. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, psychological, security, compliance, or other professional advice.

7. Payments, subscriptions, offers, and pricing

Payments may be handled by third-party providers such as Razorpay. Prices, quotas, discounts, offers, plans, credits, beta access, and product availability may change, be corrected, or be discontinued. Payment confirmation, refunds, taxes, receipts, fraud checks, chargebacks, and payment failures may depend on third-party providers and applicable law.

8. Third-party services

Verilogical may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, payments, email, fonts, app stores, AI models, storage, security, APIs, and infrastructure, including services such as Cloudflare, Google, Razorpay, Resend, Apple, or other providers. These services have their own terms, policies, availability, and security practices. We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, security incidents, policy changes, rejection decisions, or service limitations.

9. User files, submissions, and backups

You are responsible for your files, inputs, prompts, documents, photos, videos, feedback, project materials, credentials, and submissions. Keep backups of important files and review all generated, edited, reduced, redacted, or exported outputs before relying on or sharing them.

If you submit feedback, ideas, bug reports, product requests, testimonials, business requirements, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it. You grant Verilogical permission to review, store, respond to, moderate, use, adapt, or implement submissions for support, product improvement, community, business, and service purposes without owing compensation unless separately agreed in writing.

10. User conduct

You agree not to misuse Verilogical products or services, bypass payment or access controls, attack or probe systems, scrape private data, upload malware, violate laws, infringe rights, impersonate others, abuse feedback systems, reverse engineer protected code, redistribute private downloads, or use our services in a way that harms people, systems, customers, the brand, or the community.

11. Intellectual property and brand

Verilogical™, product names, logos, website content, designs, software, workflows, documentation, examples, code, and related materials are owned by Verilogical or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, rebrand, redistribute, reverse engineer, misuse trademarks, or create confusingly similar services without written permission.

12. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verilogical products, services, websites, apps, demos, outputs, downloads, and related materials are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, compatibility, and data preservation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verilogical and the people or organizations behind it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including loss of data, loss of files, loss of profits, loss of business, device issues, failed downloads, payment issues, service interruption, reputational harm, compliance failures, or claims arising from your use of or inability to use Verilogical products or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid directly for the affected Verilogical product or service during the three months before the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower, unless applicable law requires a different minimum.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Verilogical and its owners, employees, contractors, contributors, administrators, affiliates, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of Verilogical products or services, your files or submissions, your violation of this disclaimer or the Terms of Service, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

15. Changes and availability

We may update, remove, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or change any part of Verilogical websites, product pages, apps, demos, downloads, pricing, offers, beta access, legal documents, custom services, and product features. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.

16. Governing law and disputes

This disclaimer is intended to be governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your jurisdiction. Courts and authorities in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by applicable law.
